Due to the continuous growth of the Vonovia Group we are seeking to recruit at our Amsterdam office and at the earliest opportunity a: Analyst Financial Risk Management (Middle Office).

Vonovia Finance B.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the German DAX 30-listed company Vonovia SE and has its corporate seat in Amsterdam. It acts as the financing company of the Vonovia Group and is in charge of arranging for debt financings on the international debt capital market. Vonovia Finance B.V. has been one of the largest issuer on the debt capital markets in Europe over the last year and has been awarded as “EU Treasury Team of the Year 2014”.

Your Tasks

  • Management of our current derivative portfolio (valuation, Hedge-Accounting)
  • Conduct market conformity check
  • Control/management of counterparty risks of banks
  • analysis, reporting and controlling of possible financial risks
  • Valuation of energy contracts
  • contact person for banks and external auditors
  • development of the Treasury Management System
  • development of the financing model which is the base of the company’s refinancing strategy

Your Profile

  • University degree in Economics or comparable qualification
  • Able to work independently, be resilient and have strong analytical skills
  • Excellent MS-Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of market information systems (e.g. Reuters / Bloomberg) is of advantage
  • Knowledge of treasury management systems (e.g. SAP) is of advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills; good German language skills desirable
